Board Election and Leadership Update

The Association’s Board of Directors election was completed on May 27, 2026. We are pleased to welcome the newly elected Directors:

EV Charger Committee Update

The Board has approved moving forward with additional evaluation of potential electric vehicle charging improvements at the community. The EV Charger Committee is reviewing options, proposals, and possible installation approaches to determine what may be feasible for the building.

Additional information will be shared with owners as the review progresses.

Fire and Life Safety Updates

The Association continues to address required fire and life safety items to ensure compliance and proper operation of building systems.

Recent work includes completion of outstanding fire sprinkler deficiencies identified by the San Francisco Fire Department. Repairs were completed by Battalion One Fire Protection, and an extension was granted to allow completion of the required work.

The Association also continues to work on ERRCS system compliance items, including required repairs related to the remote shutoff, grounding, lightning protection, and signage requirements.

Garage Gate Update

The Franklin Street garage gate has experienced ongoing operational issues. The Board and Management have been coordinating with vendors to address the immediate concerns and develop a long-term solution.

After reviewing repair options, the Board has approved moving forward with Contra Costa Door to complete the necessary gate repairs. The Board will continue to evaluate long-term solutions for the garage gate system, including future maintenance needs and potential replacement options.

We appreciate residents’ patience and understanding while this work is being coordinated and completed.
